Teamwork: Understanding Team and Individual Dynamics

The Adult & Teen Challenge Learning Department has recently published a new program in Bridge entitled Teamwork: Understanding Team and Individual Dynamics. This training is designed to introduce the dynamics of teamwork and the impact individuals have on the success of their team. Featuring several leadership figures currently serving within ATC, this program presents practical action-steps for learners. The feedback received thus far from managers in the field indicates that this tool will be crucial for team cohesion and synergy.

“We are expecting that managers will be eager to implement this for their teams,” said Mitchell Easter, who serves as the Learning Technology Manager for Adult & Teen Challenge. Easter emphasized, “It was designed intentionally with ATC centers in mind. That is why we included the expertise of executive directors and managers across the country. I’m hoping this will be a valuable addition to the Learning Library in Bridge and my prayer is that it will be regarded as an important tool for team building and new employee onboarding.”

Learners will be exposed to the factors that affect how team members interact and work together. Additionally, the program highlights real-world practicalities each individual team member can embrace in order to make effective contributions to team success. These topics and more were curated with Biblical principles. The program, offering a certificate upon completion, is now available and can be found by navigating to the Human Resources category in the Bridge Learning Library or by simply typing the title of the program in the Learning Library search tool.
