Written by a pastor with a 20-year career in mental health, this group study is designed to create a supportive, Christ-centered environment for our Teen Challenge students coping with depression, and for their family members. This nine-session study addresses the following topics:

  • Understanding what depression is and how it affects relationships;
  • Understanding the relationship between depression and spiritual warfare;
  • Ways to fight depression with Scripture, prayer and mutual support;
  • Understanding the special prayer needs of depressed persons;
  • Bible-based coping skills;
  • How to pray for healing and what to expect.
