Rapha, in its first fifteen years, treated over 40,000 patients. Many of these had a dual diagnosis which included chemical dependency. Whereas most other 12-step programs simply use an undefined understanding of God, this program presents the only true God. Teen Challenge students will be led to understand the following: What their real perception of God is and how it was created in their childhood. God’s process for setting a person free from the power of sin. The origin of the pain in their life and what to do about it. The warning signs of chemical dependency. Who they are in Christ and how to deal with shame and guilt… and many other issues.
