Few of our Teen Challenge students have been taught to feel at ease with their feelings. They have been taught to think, but feelings often overwhelm and master the Christian. This study offers a clear explanation of anger, what causes it, and help them know how to recognize when they are sinning with anger. Some of the content covered includes: beginning steps in managing anger, methods to help them control anger in their relationships, and 10 steps for preventing anger’s control in their lives. This nine-session curriculum is suggested for support and grief recovery groups, substance abuse groups, marriage groups and retreats, men’s groups, adolescent support groups, and prison study groups.
