What is Light for the Lost?
Light for the Lost (LFTL) is part of the Assemblies of God U.S. Missions, helping spread the message of Jesus by funding evangelism materials like Bibles, tracts, and ATC curriculum.
If your center needs faith-based materials to impact lives- you’re in the right place.
Applying for Funds
WHO CAN APPLY?
Any Adult & Teen Challenge (ATC) center can apply LFTL funds to purchase:
- GSNL or PSNL Curriculum
- Living Free Curriculum
- Bibles
- Condensed Cross & the Switchblade Books
- Evangelistic Books
NOTE: LFTL will also cover shipping costs!
WHEN TO APPLY
QUARTER DEADLINE
1st………………..February 15th
2nd……………….May 15th
3rd………………..August 15th
4th………………..November 15th
Late applications will be held until the next quarter.
WHERE TO APPLY
Steps to Fill out the Application

Begin to fill out the online application form.

Choose your materials from approved categories (see list above).
TIP: Use the ATC online store to estimates amounts for PSNL’s, GSNL’s and Living Free materials:
- Log in as an ATC Staff Member to get the discount.
- Add items to your cart.
- Select a shipping method (this is part of the total cost).
- Right click and print your cart for your record.
DO NOT PLACE YOUR LFTL order at this time. You must wait until the funds have been received at the National Office and you are notified to place your order.

Enter amounts (including shipping) and dates needed using the estimated costs.

Submit your application.
What Happens Next?
STEP 1: APPLICATION REVIEW:
- ATC USA staff reviews your request.
- Then it goes to the LFTL/AGUSM Steering Committee.
STEP 2: DISTRICT APPROVAL:
- If approved, the application goes to your local Assemblies of God district.
- The district decides if they can raise the money.
- A district leader signs off on it.
Approval does not guarantee funding. It depends on your district’s ability to raise the money
How the Funds are Raised & Delivered
RAISING THE FUNDS:
- Your center’s name will be shared with the district.
- Your local AG district raises the funds for your request.
RECEIVING THE FUNDS:
- Funds are sent to the national LFTL account, then to the ATC National Office
- You will get an email and/or a call letting you know you can place your order.
Tips for Success
PLAN AHEAD: Apply 3-6 months before materials are needed.
BUILD RELATIONSHIPS: Connect with your district’s LFTL representative.
BE INVOLVED: Help with the fundraising efforts if possible..
